Jenny's Famous Italian Cheese Dip

I was organizing e-mail and stumbled upon a recipe I requested from a co-worker in early May. I haven't tried to make it yet, but I'm posting it here in the hopes that it will spur me (or someone else) to give it a whirl. I did have the pleasure of sampling the end product. VERY tasty.

    Ingedients
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1-1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese
  • 2 T. parmesan cheese
  • 1 T. onion flakes
  • 1 T. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. accent
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix and refrigerate. Serve with crackers of choice.

Note: I should make clear that Jenny (of Jenny's Famous Italian Cheese Dip fame) was not so grandiose as to give it that name. It's kind of an inside joke with me and... Well, just with me... to reflexively name or rename recipes as "So-and-so's Famous Whatever-It-Is."
