Pay to Pay?

Typically, 'screw the customer' techniques are more subtle. But maybe they've run out of all the subtle ones by now.

The article here describes a recent episode where an AT&T Wireless customer was assessed a fee for paying her bill. Not a late fee mind you. But an "administrative charge" incurred when paying in person.

Can we call it a fee fee?
